JILL Duggar fans are buzzing about how much her son Israel, six, looks like his dad Derick Dillard.
The Counting On alum posted the sweet photo to Instagram as Derick shaded her father, Jim Bob, when he announced his state Senate run.

In the sweet father son snap, Israel is dressed up as Oklahoma State University’s mascot, Pistol Pete.
He is wearing a cowboy hat, an orange ascot, and even a handlebar mustache.
Israel is holding up a book about the mascot character.
His father, Derick, is proudly kneeling beside him wearing an Oklahoma State logo shirt and smiling.
Jill wrote a lengthy caption: “Go Pokes!

“It’s book character day today at school and Israel is following in the steps of grandpa & dad by dressing up as Oklahoma State University’s mascot #pistolpete.”
Fans replied in the comments remarking on how wildly similar Israel and Derick are.
One exclaimed: “Wow! He and his dad look so much alike!”
Another said: “I’m always so mind blown about how much Israel looks like his dad.”
Yet another fan remarked on how it runs in the family: “Derick looks just like his dad!”
NOT SUPPORTIVE
Earlier today, Derick shaded Jill’s father Jim Bob after he announced his state Senate run.
The 56-year-old’s political campaign comes as his son Josh’s child pornography case continues.
On Friday, the Arkansas Democrat Gazette revealed that Jim Bob is running for state Senate and hopes to fill in the vacant seat for Arkansas State Senate District 7.
Shortly after his campaign was announced, Jill’s husband Derick shaded his father-in-law by responding to an Instagram post announcing his candidacy.
After the KNWA News Instagram account shared a post about the campaign, Derick responded by commenting with an emoji that appeared skeptical and deep in thought.
The shade may not surprise Counting On fans as Jill and Derick are estranged from her parents.
The couple – who tied the knot in 2014 – are known for their rebellious ways and often act out against Jim Bob and his wife Michelle’s conservative values.
JILL’S STRUGGLE
Jill shared a “bottle of tears” to fans after revealing earlier this month that she suffered a miscarriage while expecting her third child.
The former reality star, 30, told followers that no one is “alone in [their] pain” as she continues to deal with the emotional toll of her pregnancy loss and her brother Josh’s arrest.
On Instagram, Jill apologized for not being as active on the social media app as she had been in the past but thanked everyone around her for doing their best to comfort her.
She shared that she recently received a present that made her feel a little less alone during this difficult time.
“I haven’t been keeping up much on here, but wanted to share another gift that a friend sent that blessed me so much today,” Jill wrote.
Jill posted a photo of the gift, which was a blue “bottle of tears.”
An inspirational note with it read: “This is a small token of hope to remind you that you are not alone.
“There is purpose in your pain. God sees you, God loves you, and your story is not over.”
Jill and Derick, who share sons Israel and Samuel, four, revealed that they lost their third child as she suffered a miscarriage.
She shared that they were going to name their third child River Bliss Dillard.
On her emotional blog, Jill wrote: “Our baby doesn’t get to live here with us on earth, but is forever with the source of the river of life, in the presence of the Lord!
“And we chose Bliss for a middle name because our baby is living in perfect bliss with the Lord and was such a gift that brought immense joy and happiness to us even though only with us here on earth for a short time.”
Jill was given support by her sisters Joy-Anna, Jinger, and Jessa on social media.
TAT’S CRAZY!
Duggar fans went wild when Jill showed off a new tattoo as she continued to rebel against her family’s strict dress rules.
Jill shared her ideas for a tattoo in an Instagram post.
In the first snapshot, Jill marked her bare skin with a black marker and wrote on her wrist: “Jesus Only Jesus.”
In the second snapshot, she wrote a biblical quote on the side of her hand that said: “He is my peace.”
She captioned the post: “Who can command the highest praise? Who has the name above all names?
“You stand alone, I stand amazed. Jesus, only Jesus.”
